Very not happy with my family's experience at the Papa John's location in Jefferson City, TN. We placed an online order at 6:48... PM. We set the pick up time as 8 PM. That gives the employees over an hour to complete our order of a bbq chicken papadilla anda medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. We get there at around 7:40 PM and obviously our order wasn't ready. They said that theywould have our order ready in the next 20 minutes, which was fine as that put it around our pick up. No big deal. Understandthat they probably got busy and we were early for our pick up time. Go back into the stores at around 8:05 PM for the orderthat per the pick up time and what the employee in the store said should have been done.It was not and did not even seem to havebeen started. They literally hadn't even started making our order when they have amble time (over an hour) to make it. Employeestarts making excuses saying that they were sorry, but they had been busy. Normally would have been fine except they have hadplenty of time to make our order. It seems this tore has a problem with time management. If the pick up time is 8 pm, it shouldbe ready or almost ready by 8 pm. Instead, our order was not even started by our pick up time. Completely unacceptable. Read more
