I don?t know her name but I was just there about 8:35am and I had asked about cheesy roll ups but they didn?t serve them till... 9am. She noticed my son in the car and told me how cute he was and asked if they were for him which I said yes. This girl wentout of her way and made two cheesy rolls for my son and ran them out to me!! if i could give this place a zero then i would. i work at a fast food place so i?m not one to complain but god do not go here... unless you absolutely have to. they do not know how to run it on night shift. the girl on headset is so rude anddisrespectful.when we were ordering at the speaker the girl had an attitude but we just went with it because we were hungry.well then we got to the window and 2 female employees was standing at the window and they laughed in our faces at the window anddidn?t say a word to us. would highly suggest not wasting your time and going here. the GM needs to go over the handbook withall the employees and with that being said customers are always right so teach your employees not to argue back when you tryexplaining something to them. if you don?t wanna be at your job then don?t show up. so sorry the employees were having a badnight i?ll make sure to keep them in my prayers. do better taco bell!!!! Absolutely horrible. Drive thu experience was wonderful, but when I had to go back for missing food it was awful! I walked to... the door seeing a worker standing there when they decided they?re ere going to hide knowing I seen them standing there and whenI and the others in the parking lot pointed out that he was hiding behind the wall and couldn?t plainly be seen through theglass he wouldn?t open the door and told me to go through the drive through. At this point I was furious at what he just done Isaid absolutely not especially after you just hide from me and couldn?t speak to me like a human being the first time you seenme. Instead you hid! So I eventually get my missing burrito and get home to see another burrito was missing! Which I thought wasin there under the napkins but nope it was just the tacos! I?m so upset about my order right now. So I got my usual chicken quesadilla and for whatever reason its much smaller than it... usually is, not just the stuff inside but the tortilla itself is small and is completely different packaging. And then my sistergot a beefy burrito and its just beans?Usually I can get past this but your girl has had a rough day and I just wanted to end itw my favorite food. They also didnt even have chalupas(which isnt a big deal) and then despite paying for the upcharge for achalupa i got tacos instead, which they are good but it was a whole $3 lost on top of the chicken quesadilla beingdisappointing. I tried to submit this on the website but it would not find this location. I added the picture of the quesadillabecause it was in a much smaller packaging and i pulled out a sad looking item. They have raised the prices, and they have decreased the portions (they're not the only ones). Usually I order a vegetable... power bowl and it's a good size. But today what I got was a smaller bowl with less portions for $6.29 (price increase). Thefood quality was not so bad, but could be better. The quantity, not so much as well as the price.
