If I could rate it a zero star, I would. To start, The atmosphere all around is lacking. It doesn't feel like the classic waffle... house feeling. Tables are usually not clean when you walk in and you have to ask staff to clean them. Staff is rude to customersand each other. Sitting on the high bar, they mumble about customer complaints when it's their fault. Waitress didn't wear namebadge so I couldn't even get her name because lack of service and introduction. Can visibly see the cook not change gloves whentouching meats and then other food like bread or the vegetables. The food is way done before getting to me, as in the cook isdone but by the time a waitress gets to it some of it is lukewarm. These are small complaints, here's the kicker: Roaches!!!Sitting at the high bar you can see roaches coming underneath wear the cooks are standing.My family will never come eat hereuntil this place is fumigated. They should take their staff to have a training lesson in almost any other store.This locationneeds a revamp. Read more
Food was ok. Waiting for someone to clean an empty table took a while. Our server was nice and helpful, but overwhelmed and... forgetful at the same time. We got our food and had to wait several minutes to get utensils to eat it with after we told her weneeded them. We were missing food from our order and had to wait on that for several minutes. There were five people working. SoI don't understand why their service was so slow and why all three of our party had to wait for some of our food that wassuppose to be on the burger or part of one of our platters. Read more
Today I came in with my daughter and they made a waffle in the shape of Mickey Mouse. Great people who care about the people... they serve should be celebrated more often. Thank you for making my daughters day a bit special. Read more

all of our other food was fantastic but our waffles were undercooked. the waiter was even nice up until i kindly asked if i... could get it taken off my check because we ate hardly a quarter of one of our two. told them it was okay if it wasnt possible.even apologized for causing trouble. but she was very passive aggressive and sarcastic towards us and the workers got visiblyupset with us and started ranting, yelling, and slamming things down as soon as we walked out of the store. I love waffle house. This specific branch did a very good job and was quite quick. They were kind and helpful. Only thing I can... say is that they should check their table condiments more often as about half the things on my table were empty(like ketchup,salt, etc.). Overall a good meal and good service. I'm new to the area. With all the great reviews, I decided to give it a go. I'm so glad I did! Courteous, friendly staff, great... food. When asked if I wanted to see a menu, I declined and asked that they "surprise me." The chef put together a perfectlybalanced hash brown bowl with beef, mushroom, peppers, onions, american cheese, and just the perfect amount of heat (jalapeno, Ithink). Well done, sir! Wonderful place the all star is a delicious meal and the waiter is really nice. Totally deserves 5 stars.
