I love Zaxby's food but it seems like every time I go there's something wrong with my order. I always ask for a side of their... spiciest sauce but it seems like it's either never in the bag or they give me the wrong one. Very polite and fast, good food solid prices.

I called an order(Big Cob Zalad with toast) in tonight at 8:30 pm instead of the app because I can't figure out how to add... toppings onto my zalads. Food is delicious and its always ready when I get there but tonight I asked the young man if there's away to add toppings like more egg or cheese on the app. He told me to wait and he would find out. I sat there for 10 minutesafter paying and receiving my meals but he never came back amd the young woman counting the drive thru til closed the window asI was trying to get her attention and refused to recognize I needed help. I left. I left drive thru at 9:13 pm and they were allclosing their tils down even though it clearly states they close at 10pm on the window and online. What's up with that Zaxbys?!If corporate wants to contact me then ill change my review,if not this one will stay up for others to read. Read more

Honestly, I have never gotten bad service or had bad food from here before today. I ordered on the app, like normal and checked... in when I got there. Only to wait 40 minutes and pull around to the drive thru window to ask if they received my order because Ihad been waiting so long and thought it might have not gone through. she hands me my food and sends me on. Food was cold and theice was melted in our drinks. Don?t order from the app if you want quick or convenient service. Read more

Service was very good, no problem but the chicken sandwich was substandard. 4 small pieces of chicken with a little bit sauces... and cold toasted bread. Don't go, you always better going a different fast food joint. In this day and age fast food companiesneed provide better food or cheaper price.... Read more

The food was fabulous and service was fast and efficient. Was a bit pricey, but what isn't these days?! I got the chicken wings... dinner which consisted of 4 wings, fries and slice of Texas toast. Price: $12. To me, that's pretty expensive for what little Iwas given. But it Was VERY tasty. Read more
