This carvel is horrible. I have no clue where they hire these people. When ever I get a sundae dasher they always mess up. It is... always either they fill the cup half way or forget to put the right items in. Today was even worse! I ordered there new cookiedough dasher and they gave me a brownie cookie dough dasher with caramel. I HATE caramel. That is why I order the plain cookiedough dasher. I should not need to babysit the workers as they make my order. They need to hire new people. Read more
This carvel has been around for what seems like forever so they must be doing something right! Tucked into the corner of a... shopping plaza, serving all your favorite treats. Ice cream, milkshakes, and their famous fudgie the whale ice cream cakes.(Don?t forget about those pinwheel ice cream sandos either!) Been to this Carvel several times this past month. Every time, the people behind the counter give you attitude and seem unhappy... with their lives. The most recent visit, the girl helping us stopped working to gossip with a fellow non-working employee aboutanother employee in the back room. When there is a long line, take care of the customers, and then gossip after they are gone.And there is no quality control in the amount of ice cream is given in ice cream cones. Partner orders large cones and the lasttime, they gave them a small cone amount. Read more
