The food was good but the service was kinda slow. Then we asked for certain things to be made to-go and they just brought... everything to the table like we were going to eat it right then. Their computer couldn't log into the system to let us use ourrewards but the manager went above and beyond and manually took the item off our bill. Read more
Waitress was amazing very outgoing and fun gave suggestions was honest and checked on us multiple times. Food came out fast.... Was good as always. Although they really need to get alot more help there the place stays half empty and it's disappointing tohave a wait when there's plenty of seating. I am so glad this chain changed back to numbers when it comes to the size of wing orders! Snack, small, medium, and large was... not it! It?s nice to actually know how many wings you?ll get each time. We went during lunch on a weekday and they haveextremely great deals that make grabbing lunch at BDubs the way to go. The wings are hot and the sides are seasoned well.Service has been great since I started going here again. Very welcoming and attentive. Haven?t had any issues other than theseats needing to be wiped down, but you see that at a lot of places. This spot has really improved! I?ll be returning,especially during lunch! Read more

Eaten here many times before, but its been quite awhile. Met friends there on a Friday night after work Large lot for parking,... but it was full had to drive around to find a spot. Handicapped accessible. Front doors really needed to be cleaned. No wait fora table. Food was good, 6 hot wings done the way I asked. Didn't have to wait long for our food. It was not very crowded but didhave to wait to have our order taken. Our waiter was very busy. Seemed like they were under or short staffed. Not his fault hewas working hard. Dining area & Restroom were clean. Lots of TVs for sports all around. Noise level was moderate. Kid friendly. Read more
Justin (server) and Cody (Manager) are phenomenal at the Taylorsville Rd location. I had an issue with my to-go, and as I... expressed it to Cody he immediately made it right. He didn?t make me feel like I was being a bother at all and he kept a smileon his face the entire time. I decided to stay there and eat as they replaced my food and Justin was an amazing server. He wasvery prompt and keep me posted on when my food would be ready. The new meal was hot just how I liked It. Both of those gentlemenwent above and beyond and I just want to say THANK YOU!!!
