Ordered 2 items for pickup, neither of which were actually available. When I asked why I was able to purchase these items if... they weren't actually available I wasn't given an answer. Drive thru girl was condescending and rude about it and kept tellingme they had different options of what I had ordered and when I asked what those were she yelled "I told you we don'thave those!? This along with yelling at me "you don't want free food?!" when I declined a sandwich substitute from them. WhenI asked for a full refund they gave me a store credit in lieu of my original payment. So l could do this all over again? I willNOT be returning to this location ever again. Read more
Place was very clean and team member Brandon was exceptionally friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It was my first ever visit... to Qdoba and because of the interaction with Brandon and the food of course it definitely won't be my last. Read more
Amazing and they make the best mocha cookie crumble that I have tasted thus far.
I've not been to a Starbucks for probably 10 years as there were far better choices while living in the Pacific Northwest. This... one, like many, was very busy. Staff was friendly and attentive. The problem was with the coffee. I had an extra shot put inmine above what is normally served. It was weak, diluted even. Maybe the person that made it lost track and it only got the oneextra shot. Who knows but it was certainly the worst latte I've had for many years. I was traveling and by the time I tasted thelatte, I was too far away to drive back and discuss the problem. The coffee sat in the cup holder for the 2 & 1/2 drive then waspoured out. Yuk! Read more
Thenext time starbucks employees hand me a drink that has a lid that is not on and spills in my car...on my phone. and goes... everywhere leaving me with a 1/4 of what I pd for and a mess..I will expect starbucks to detail my car. Fxxxing ridiculous! Read more
The one thing about Starbucks is if you get to one that makes the drinks the way they are supposed to be made they are... incredible. Sometimes although, some locations just can't do it like the others. This particular store did a fantastic job! Ifyou want your drinks right they can do it!! Makes it worth the high prices. Read more
Now I?m not usually one to complain about anything. But this is the second time I?ve gotten a drink from this specific Starbucks... and it?s been half full. I thought it felt light but I was just imagining it? until I got home and popped the top and it wasthis? on top of it all it was SUPER bitter. Like inedible. For a white chocolate mocha? i don?t know if they just didn?t finishmaking it before giving it to me or what but it was a waste of money and time. Read more
Wow! The employees at this store this evening were amazing! As someone who can?t do milk drinks, but wanted something sweet I... thought Starbucks. I searched them to find out they closed in less than 10 mins from where I was down the street. We pulled upto the drive thru speaker at probably 1-3 minutes before they closed and they were the sweetest! The gentleman who took ourorder was so courteous and helpful even as I struggled to speak loud enough into the speaker. Neither worker had a scowl ontheir face nor attitude in their voice. They were the best! I will 100% be back! To this store- your customer service is superb! Read more
