Food was delicious. However if it wasn't for the lady that jumped out of her chair and almost damn near choked on her ravioli... trying to Scream to the waitress we were tryna dine and dash. We would have completely forgotten to pay and made a run for itout to the semi we came in and made a smooth get away... Yea whatever I'm sure she feels ridiculously embarrassed. Lunch buffet is pitiful. We asked for some different toppings and they said they only do certain toppings at the buffet. It was... $11 and not worth it. Comparing the quality from the kids pizza’s (we had a coupon for the kids pizza’s or we wouldn’thave come) to the buffet pizza it was ridiculous. Completely different quality and flavors. Been standing here waiting on a order that was called in for over 35 minutes. No one in here at all! No customers. But the two... girls here are standing around socializing. One girl wearing shorts so short .... Driver standing here bragging how much he justloves to drive to these two girls. Manager (I assume) seems to have a bad attitude. Phone call came thru customer complaint fromwhat the girl in short shorts states and manager replies get their name and the reason for the call. 63.00 order and glad I'mnot eating here if their carryout service sucks this bad. Went to the lunch buffet and they literally had everybody sitting and waiting for food. They would bring out 1 pizza at a time.... Everybody in the place was out of food just waiting for pizza and by the time they would bring a pizza outthe first 2 people toget up there was the only ones getting any. So people had to wait even longer to eat. There was no lunch rush so there was nowaiting time to eat. Plenty of tables empty. They were not in a hurry to make pizzas. How do you have a buffet but not put outenough food for people to eat and yet you still want them to pay when they didnt get what they're paying for. Avoid the buffetat all costs. Read more
They are so very close to having 5 stars. I've only had pizza, though they do have a fair share of sides. The pizza is always... hot, fresh, and delicious! Toppings are full of flavor. The servers have been very kind in my experience. The only issue i seemto have continuously, would be the lack of training on how to split a check. Service is quick and efficient up until you ask tosplit the check then it may be 15min before they come back. Which has been the cause of me being late back to work from lunchtwice. My advice....great food. But don't go if you're on a time crunch and need to split a check. Read more
went on tuesday night delicious pizza good service watched sports and then basketball games on many of the tvs good alcohol had... my favorite adult beverage server put our game on for us we left very happy and glad we stopped in very few patrons but it was acool damp rainy early tuesday night server was cool and had a good personality good quality pizza i recommend. went therefriday night. one server for entire place. then a manager. a cook. and then a busser/helper. definitely inefficient staff forthe place, three tables to wait on and service was lacking. server was doing the best she could. our pizza was thrown together.toppings were thrown on and toppings were on wrong side. staff didn’t seem to know what they were supposed to do. wespecifically asked for the 20.99 pizza a certain way. pizza quality good but not made up right. service lacking for followups. update: lunch time. ordered via phone for pick up. pizza was still warm and delicious when we ate it back at ouroffice. update: one lady employee (server) dealing with dining room patrons. she was friendly. i think even with corona virusand limited tables,she still needs help. we waited an hour for our pizza. only three other tables were occupied. server finallyin friendly manner explained there was a mix up with our and it would be another five minutes. we received the wrong pizzaalthough the right toppings. we inhaled our pizza, paid and left. good quality although long wait. i could’ve eaten cardboardat that point as i was starving. update: been there a few times since last update due to dinner companion likes this place. ithas alcohol so all right! most servers seem impaired or under the influence. sorry to say. quality of food consistent. somepatrons come just to drink. workers preparing take out and delivery. service friendly. good selection of alcohol. appetizer withmeatballs is good.
