Visited this location yesterday. I have visited this location regularly recently. The service has improved greatly at this... location that's a plus. The product quality however is a different story. Unfortunately the sandwich makers here don't reallytake pride in what they do. It's not a difficult thing to make a sandwich properly. Seriously. Including a photo of the chickensandwich I got yesterday. $4.69 + tax, give me a break. Additionally at this location yesterday, the service wasn't up torecent standards. There was a lady with a large order in front of the other car in front of me at the drive-thru. Instead ofpulling her off they had the rest of us sit there for ~15 minutes while preparing our order. Upon receiving her order we sat foranother 5 minutes at least as she discussed the order with the drive-thru attendant before passing both bags of food backinside. At that point apparently they were going to have us sit and wait again while they reprepared her food. Finally after thecar in front of me honked their horn they had her pull up out of the way. Meanwhile the rest of us no doubt received food thatshould have been hot but wasn't. Not a good experience. Read more
This store has very nice employees. Reason for 3 stars are cuz its severely filthy, the thin lady manager is very nice but just... constantly talks to her employees & customers without worrying about the importance of cleaning. She popped out the window in mycar window loudly talking nicely to my dogs cuz she loves dogs, im thankful for the sweet personality but not getting into myspace slowing up my service & risking getting me sicker than i am now. Old saying if u have time to lean u have time to cleanshould still be happening in this time cuz we rather not get viruses. And please make sure your employees shower & groomthemselves instead of working looking like they walked in off the streets without anykind of hygiene care. No customer wantshair along with nasty germs in their fresh food. So my 3 stars are for your fresh fries & being nice to us. Always fast drive thru and short lines. Food always been correct and warm/hot when getting home. Been coming here for 5... years. Inside used to be pretty rough, but haven't been inside in years. Read more
Haven't been here in a year or so and don't think I have ever reviewed it. I wish I had. The place wasn't busy at all walking in... and food was ready in no time. The food was good. I was a little disappointed in the Original Chicken Sandwich, it just didn'ttaste like it normally does. Perhaps the oil was a little old. Skimpy on the lettuce? That's odd. The place seemed clean untilIook a little closer. Crumbs under the benches, smeared fingerprints all over the windows. Other than needing a good cleaning itwas fine. Bathroom wasn't terrible. That parking lot needs repaved. Hopefully they will do the necessary work and get the helpthey need. Read more
Go to place. As it is at convenient location. Quality Not consistent but most of the time descent. They need to pressure wash... the concrete ground at the entry and at drive thru and wash off the door handles on the entry doors at least once a day. I usemy arm to open the door. Grungy and unsanitary looking inside. Wait for food can be longer than it should be. Quality of foodcould be improved. inside ordering Line shorter although they seem to cater more to patrons in the drive thru. update: the newchicken sandwich is good!!!7-11-21 very close to Popeyes famous chicken sandwich. they could pressure wash the outside once in awhile. I have always preferred BK over McD's, but BK is disappointing me every time I go there. It may be just the Jeffersonville... locations, but I always sit in the drive-thru forever, hardly any staff working and there is garbage all around the building.Too bad, cause the onion rings are my fave.
