This is my first review lol I just had to say how awful this coldstone is. There's a sign posted saying they'd be back at 6.... It's 6:20 and no one is back. The lights are on and we drive around back and two people are parked outside the door in their carjust chatting. Came in Saturday, 9/24 right after they opened. Ordered an everybody's ice cream container. The gentleman who made it did a... great job! Just want to let the store know the kit Kats that were put in are stale. Read more

Showed up at 8:40 lights were already off, all the chairs were up. As soon as we walked in the girl working said the only thing... we could get was a scoop of ice cream or something from the freezer. Our first and last time here. Staff was nice enough. My husband ordered a waffle bowl and when she went to reach for it fruit... flies flew out of them. My ice cream was melted before I even got to taste it. And to top it off there was a hair in it. Read more

I love the ice cream here and I'm a regular customer but the quality and quantity is always different. More than one occasion... they gave me a triple pint container with 2/3 full and other times they get the ice cream flavor wrong. It's disappointing. Idon't think I'll be coming here again.
