We waited 25 minutes to get our food it was cold and wrong french fries wasn't even done we took it back up and ask for our... money back and left won't be back that's twice I'm done it was October 26th the girl there was trying to help the cook and hegot all mad and hollered at her and she was just trying to do her best felt sorry for her the thing about it was they weren'teven busy everybody in there was not a happy camper. I went to go get 4 blizzards tonight and the employing working there was very rude and impatient. She didn't help us at all. We... wanted a cheesecake blizzard and she she she was out of the chunks, so we asked for just the ice cream with non of the chunks.Then she almost over charged me 21.69 for 3 blizzards. The food was good. That's about it. Dirty floor and restrooms, inattentive employees, ridiculous wait time for service and order... pick up, and being locked in the dining room - 3 hours before the posted time. When your sign outside says dining room openuntil 10, you probably shouldn't lock your doors at 7. Multiple groups of people tried to get in, rattling the doors and staringat us, which made for quite the awkward dining experience. Now, if they were short staffed, and posted a sign on the door, Icould forgive them. I counted four employees working, and their drive through was hopping. I will say customer service is our top priority everywhere we go. I almost have this place a one star simply because the manager... did not acknowledge us at all!!!!!!! She walked right by us and was on the phone. She acknowledged the man in front of us butignored us. The drive thru lady Miya seen me and my 5 yr old daughter standing there and even though she was working drive thrushe stopped smiled and acknowleged us and said shed be right there. The manager how ever walked totally around us and seen usthere and ignored us so she could lock the doors this wasnt very welcoming. Miya is a hard worker and brought the food out to usbut Christy the assistant manager was just not to kind. The 3 star is for Miya. Possibly the worst DQ in the Kentuckiana area. Arrived at 8:53am. One car in front of me in the drive thru and nobody inside... because the place is locked down again. The car in front of me is advised to pull forward and park. I pay and I?m also advisedto pull forward and park. Here is a suggestion for management, don?t take a customers money and then advise them to go park. Ifyou have a wait then advise the customer there will be a wait before they pay so they can decide if they can wait. Not everyonehas 15 minutes to wait for an order of biscuits and gravy. The lady working is wearing gloves and each time she comes out todeliver food she fights with dirty and nasty looking the floor is wet sign so she can prop the door open and not get locked out.What?s the odds she?s changing gloves before making food again? Who are the gloves protecting, her or the customer? Oh and bestof all after a 15 minute wait for food, it?s cold. So many other options in the area for food. So many negative reviews of thislocation.why hasn?t management taken corrective action to resolve the issues that affect this location? The last time I was atthis location I ordered chili dogs, after paying I was advised the chili was in the freezer and nobody had a key. Read more

Tried a few times during week day lunch. Under staffed. Wait is too long. Soda machine broken. Apparently no shift manager on... duty. One cashier & one cook. Not worth the aggravation. Update: pulled in out of desperation for ice cream, they had anapparent new cashier employee who couldn't operate the register. I blame the manager who hired her for that position. And blamethe shift manager for not coaching her better. Two other nonchalant confident male employees out front, one at the ice creamarea and the other at drive thru. She had to keep asking them for help. Maybe train cashier lady on ice cream. As she couldn'thandle the register. Anyway, the modern colorful menu board rotates too fast. Food is poor quality. Soft serve ice creamproducts satisfactory although seems over-priced. update: July 2022. Stopped by for Friday evening dairy dessert. no otherpatrons inside. drive thru busy. treats prepared and opted to eat inside their dining room. staff seems on point and friendly.employees constantly walking food outside to vehicles. two treats were $9.00. seemed kind of expensive. being one small blizzardand one medium dipped cone. Some of the worst customer service you can get! First time I went had to wait a half hour for an order then yesterday had to... wait 45 minutes for two chicken tender meals to deliver. I promise you that it doesn?t take longer than 10 minutes to make themeals if you?re making them fresh. What?s the point of making everyone wait ridiculous wait times.
