Great service, hot food, prepared quickly, only complaint is a bit too much cheese on my pan (regular cheese amount), and just a... little light on pepperoni on the thin crust. But, other than that, I am super happy with everything, even the price. I fed 4people for under 50 bucks. Plus we all have food leftover for later tonight. Will be returning! Read more
Large order placed Friday for a pickup scheduled Saturday. Order confirmed via online system. When the pickup time arrived... Saturday, the store was closed. No notes, no pizza. We were able to make an emergency order at Papa Murphy's and feed ourguest an hour later than planned, so the birthday party was saved. When the store actually opened hours later, I got a call. The manager was polite about confirming that my order would be canceled and I would not be charged, and was apologetic. Theproblem is I have no way of knowing if this will happen again. How can I trust Domino's in the future? As long as the "orderin advance" feature online can't be updated to block out certain non-standard hours, I won't ever know if my order will actuallybe ready. I haven't ordered for here in a long time and now I remember why. The food took over an hour and arrived (BUT SAID ORDER WAS ON... THE WAY FOR ALMOST 40 MINS) at room temperature. I called and offered to drive the order back and return ALL FOOD for a refund.I was told I can only receive a credit for the ordered NO REFUNDS. I declined this offer as I do not plan to reorder. I've ordered from this location about 5 times now. Ever order has had it's own set problems. Multiple times the food has been... over done and dry. They other big issue with this location is super skimpy with the toppings on pizza. Cooks need retrained. Read more
Third time trying to order over the course of a year. Every time my order has been cancelled. The first time I waited 3 hours... fir delivery and never heard from anyone. Ruined night with family.
