So I was in the mood for a burger but don't usually do fast food for dinner but decided on Five Guys as a compromise. Breakdown:... burger (double patty) was good and made the way I wanted. Service was pretty quick and the staff was friendly. Small fries and adrink rounded out the meal but I don't understand the $16. For the same price I can get a sit down meal at Red Robin with realflatware and way better burger and unlimited fries (or am I the only one who understands this?). Decent enough burgers butdefinitely not worth $16! Could someone please explain this price point? In and Out does just as good a burger at half theprice. What gives? Read more

Ordered through Uber eats, gets here 1 hour 10 min later. Milkshake is warm and bacon cheeseburger is raw. RAW! I call them and... all I get is thanks for letting them know!!!!! Oh ok then. Read more
The family and I have never been to Five Guys, so we thought we would give it a try while in the area. Staff was super friendly,... and our order was correct and freshly prepared. The burger was really good, and the cajun fries were excellent. I actually tookthe cajun fries home and mixed them with pulled pork and cheese later that evening. Very tasty. Store was very clean, butoutside seating area is surrounded by a little too much hustle and bustle. Only real complaint was it seems a bit expensive forwhat you get, but what isn't nowadays. I placed an online order for pick up and parked in the clearly marked ?curbside pickup? spot and called to let them know if... arrived. They said it was almost ready and said okay when I confirmed they could bring it to me. Ten minutes later, I calledback and they handed me to the manager who informed me that per policy, they cannot deliver to the curb. I explained that Ican?t bring my kids in, including my son with autism, nor can I leave them unattended in the car to run inside. They offered tocancel my order (that was on the counter ready to go) and send a refund (which I did not receive). I?m disappointed. Read more
For an excellent burger and delicious fries, Five Guys in Jeffersonville has it. Me and my wife love a good burger and this... place is one of our favorites. Their meat is fresh and fries are freshly cut. Nuf said! Go and get it! Read more
good service, good food, 90 degrees temp outside and like 55 degrees in here, too cold to enjoy my dining experience, my fries... got cold too quick, music was too loud although i heard songs i like, quality of hamburger way better than competition acrossthe street. i want to come back but will dress for winter and not order the fries. bummer because they are freshly made. i sawworkers preparing food, training and cleaning. milkshake good too. music is loud like a bar, where is the alcoholic beverages?next door at taco place. update: went for leisure weekday lunch. cashier/ order taker was very pleasant! food prepared toorder. music still on. quality of little hamburger was excellent! cons: i lowered down from four stars to three stars! remainscold temperature inside of restaurant, which is bothersome, neither of the 2 fountain soda machines are not producing adequatequality drink. coke flat in both machines and all almost taste like dr pepper. lime coke from both machines tasted like it hadgatorade flavor mixed in them. flavor drinks from these computerized soda fountain machines are not good this visit! orderedsmall fries and even though fresh potatoes, they were fried too long! and they got cold 1/4 way through eating them. cold friesare not good! why did they get cold so fast,because it was cold inside the restaurant! staff looked clean and pleasant, sawthem working good as a team and they were efficient and productive, restaurant looked clean and satisfactory although liquid orwater draining across floor from the soda fountain machines. burger was excellent BUT soda and fries NOT worthy!!!!!
