My wife was sick at home. I had her phone for het 1.00 large fry. I had my phone for buy one big Mac get another for .29. Both... phones had same code. So I asked her to use for sandwiches. Instead she put it on the 1.00 fry so I have to pay full price forboth big Macs. I went to 1st window and showed her it and she said she had to get a manager. Two other employees were behind herlaughing. She said she couldn't change it rudely. I will never go to that McDonald's again. Read more

2 of the 4 self-service kiosks we're not operational. I tried to order a smoothie and was told the smoothie machine was broken... and would be until they get replacement parts. The largest fast food restaurant in the world cannot keep their equipmentoperational. Incredible! Read more

I ordered and used a coupon in my app. It was a buy a combo get a free happy meal When I ordered, I made the mistake of ordering... a cheeseburger. When I have done this in the past they told me. Also before I have only been charged foe the cheese. However,this time, without telling me, they charged my account for the entire happy meal. They would not refund any of the money. Andthey did not inform me before charging my account that I would be charged for the happy meal. I did not see it on the screenwither because it did not show it before they told me to pull around, without telling me the cost of my order. I usually likethis McDonald's but today they screwed up. Yeah, I am pretty upset. If I knew I would be paying before the full price I wouldhave ordered something else. Read more

Started with a lobby full of dirty tables. You have to get the attention of the counter staff that are running for the drive... through. You can then place your order and wait. Now you get most of your food. Then it's back trying to get attention again toget your missing order items. Need a refill same deal need napkins same deal. Oh no your child needs the use the bathroom doorsare locked.back to attention seeking. The staff were very nice. But the experience as a whole was very off putting. You felt asif you were forced to bother them for basic items. Read more

Ordered through the app and picked up inside. Took 10 minutes once inside to get my food to go. A big order taken in the line... while I was waiting was served before mine (to go also). I got a Big Mac fries and drink. The big order had a Big Mac also. Nowfor the Big Mac, probably the worst Big Mac I've ever had. Bun was falling apart and the patties were so thin that they couldn'tbe tasted over the other ingredients. Read more

dine in closed although google maps says it was open, two drive thru lines available, descent amount of vehicles in both lines,... asked for medium combos although charged me for larges. food fine. big dip on public street when exiting, need street repaired,weird in and out from public street. update: prices are higher here than at other local McDonald?s!!! update: finally got toenjoy a big mac meal inside, nice pleasant interior, service was excellent. Update: As is typical this restaurant was great for the first few months and has quickly gone downhill. The food quality and... customer service have seen a great reduction. McDonald's was supposed to have free medium fries for National Fry day. They makeyou download an app, which I did I get here and try to use the deal from the app and the person at the window says the codewon't work and I had them try it on my phone and they couldn't get the code to pull up correctly. If you are going to advertisesomething like that in a national newspaper like the USA Today you should make the deal accessible to everyone and not make itdependent on an app that clearly has bugs. I asked to speak to the manager, and they were no help. It is great to have aMcDonald's in downtown Jeffersonville again after all these years of not having one since the location on Court Avenue wasdemolished. I was impressed with the fast drive true experience. Their customer service was the best I have had in quitesometime. I was also impressed that they had a working milkshake machine, which is rarely the case at other locations. Theydefinitely seem to have their act together for only being open less than a week. We will definitely be back. The medium shamrockshakes that we got were delicious. I know they probably won't but I wish they would make those a regular menu item. Read more
