We do take & bake at least once every two weeks. The staff here is always friendly and the food is Super fresh.

Pizza looked fine, but the young man with dreads completely covering his face needs to wear a hairnet, I paid for what I ordered... but just couldn't eat the food prepared in such unsanitary conditions. Read more

Pizza had all the toppings in the middle of the pizza. We had to spread them out when we got home. The pizza was good though.

I would not recommend this place. We came approximately 20 minutes before closing time and their credit card machine was broken... as they had a sign on the door that said cash only. While ordering their cash register stopped working and they would not eventake exact change and sell us pizzas. Myself and another customer had to leave even though we had cash in hand and exact change.They said they need to clean up even though it was before 8:00 p.m. the matter was brought to on-site manager Steven as well asthe manager the next day or shift leader the next day Sam and both were unpleasant to deal with and unprofessional.Additionally, we saw them throwing dough back and forth behind the counter after they locked the doors. I am sure the dough washeading for the trash ultimately but disconcerting to see through the glass doors and quite disappointing after the poorservice. I went back on two more occasions and was met with unprofessional service. Other locations are better and we've neverhad a problem in New Albany Indiana but would highly recommend NOT patronizing this facility 10th Street at Jeffersonville. Itried to contact the overall manager and deal with them directly but they would not pass along my name nor have I received anycommunication from them even after three on-site visits. Read more

If I could give them no stars it would be more accurate. Our first bad experience was our first online order. We ordered the... chicken with herb with no tomatoes, no onions and different sauce. I and my husband are allergic to the sauce and tomatoes. Whenwe picked it up it looked fine, once we got it home, cooked and cut it we realized there were an excess of onions and a fewtomatoes in it as well as two different kinds of sauce. We had to throw the whole thing out. Our second bad dealing with themwas our family night. Our children love their pizza. We arrived to the store 15 minutes before closing and the door wax alreadylocked and the security lights were on inside. There were two people inside cleaning. One of the children suddenly pointed outthat the people inside cleaning we not wearing shoes. It was horrible. We haven't been back to this specific store since.
