Overall it is a decent starbucks. My only real complaint is that the work staff is often young and poorly trained in customer... service. Especially the young blonde gentleman who often works the window. His sarcastic attitude and snippy service have beenan annoyance on a few occasions. But the coffee is what you expect and some of the ladies there are very nice and make up forsome of the other workers poor attitude. Read more
I?ve been to this location prolly 7 times and ; out of the 7 it has been awful. The drinks are not made properly. The employees... are not following the recipes. My bento drink tasted like warm milk. It definitely was missing a shot or two. I went back tohave it remade and it still tasted like trash. Please train your lazy employees. I will not be back here. Read more
Ordered a breakfast wrap, ended up with this- it was inedible.
I was in town for a work conference and stopped by this location and it uplifted my day. The girls were singing to the music,... working as a team, and working so cohesive and efficient together. They even greeted regular customers by name. Friendly service& awesome vibe. Read more
This location just can't seem to get my drinks right, and they're only 3 ingredients. If I ordered through the mobile app, it... was almost always wrong. I've ordered through the app, realized it was wrong ( only 2 shots of espresso instead of 6, like Iordered)....walked right back in and ordered the same thing again, and it was a totally different than the first one they gaveme. This last time I asked for heavy cream with espresso and, again, totally wrong. If you're running out of ingredients, justsay that, don't just blindly substitute for what you think is the next best thing. I'm a daily starbucks coffee drinker but Iavoid this location as much as possible. Read more

Omg!! Seriously just go to a different Starbucks! The staff are rude, they made the order wrong multiple times and what the hell... is this drink??? . Their staff is "lazy" because there is a ridiculously high turnover rate. Management does not care about staff. They care about... numbers and how much money they are making. For a Starbucks location that has only been open since 2020, there are a lot ofsuspicious happenings that occur at this particular location. For example, please note how few men work there. There are plentyof girls and fully grown women, but very few men/nonbinary individuals. This is not typical of Starbucks. The best shiftsupervisor there is the one person who receives the brunt of it all. Her name is Cyd. Madison, the young girl with blue hair, isalso incredibly good at her job. All of their staff, honestly, deserves a lot better than what they are given. Go to theClarksville Starbucks instead or the new one across from Kroger. You will be treated with a lot more kindness at either one ofthose locations. Read more
