Ridiculous hours, closing WAY too early on Saturdays. Unacceptable, won't give them my business anymore. Oh, this owner also is... a cheapskate and dosn't like particapating in national Subway promotions on their app. LAME. Read more

Did not get what I paid for, called and there was no offer to fix the food for that day was told sorry I can?t do anything for... you today but if you come back I?ll give you a discount on a future order! Well that?s lies, I went and tried to get what I waspromised as a solution to my food being wrong and I was told by a rude incompetent individual that he could not help me anddidn?t know how to help me. No manager on duty and HE WAS THE ONE RUNNING THE STORE!! Then he gave me a wrong number to call tospeak to the owner?. It was near 5pm and he had the cone blocking the drive through, yet claimed it was open?. This location isterrible, you?d have better luck just eating your cash!!! That location will never see my money again. It?s been bad for yearsand I should have known better than to give them another chance! There?s no quality or integrity at this store at all! Read more

This subway does it right. The bread is cooked and proofed correctly, the portion of veggies to meat is done correctly, and the... can actually make a salad. It helps that the staff are friendly and professional as well. Best Subway around this area. Read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!!! Owner talking to 3 people at the same time including drive through headset. 5 all female... employees running around not knowing what to do. Presented rewards card and they kept saying I have to activate it. 3 employeesstanding around watching, finally one, not the owner was able to process the rewards card. Another employee said, ?you come inhere everyday and you need to calm down!? My response, I will go somewhere else. Not the first time I have seen this at thislocation. Everybody?s talking at high levels at several different people and nobody can understand who they are talking to.Owner doesn?t know how to process rewards cards. After getting to my car and checking receipt, found that I was not charged forthe correct sandwich and did not receive the cookie that I ordered and was charged for. Owner doesn?t speak clear English whichdoesn?t help any. I will find a location nearby that has good employees that can communicate clearly and is not biased to hiringonly female, foreign employees for their staff. Read more

I made an order through the app and got a sandwich that had very little meat and even though my bread was tasted, it?s not... supposed to fall apart. Anyone knows the difference in old dried out bread being toasted to fresh bread. I didn?t even eat itand it?s said because I went out of my way to go to this subway because it was the best one in Jeffersonville by a mile. Read more
