Went there Nov 22nd. When we got there the waitress and the cook were sleeping. We ordered, and the cook got an attitude when... we asked to make our food a certain way. Was there at 3pm on Nov 9th . Only a few customers. My service was terrible, never ask if everything was OK or not. My waitress... was also the cook..! Orderd waffle, hashbrown on the side crispy. The waffle was raw in the middle, my hashbrowns was greasy.And how in the world do you screw up a waffle? Plus I've eaten at many waffle houses and this one had much higher prices. No tipleft here..!! Worst of any the store that I've eaten at. I recommend the Zaxbys across the street before going to this wafflehouse location. Read more
Night shift. So cook was definitely on something. He was everywhere grinding his teeth talking about being up for days and... couldn't get the orders right. The waiter had correct him on our order and when we got it we still have to change our sandwicharound. The waiter was nice she keep our drinks filled and was friendly. Went there today an the food was horrible I had to send it back 4 times an still was not right my eggs was raw an my sausage was... only cooked on one side. They they keep adding everything else on it. Also my daughters waffle was still raw in the middle. Iended up getting food poisoning 30 min after eating here This is sad I will never come back to this Waffle House again. Who doesn't love the waffle house? And this one was even better with their one cook on his 3rd day on the job handling the grill... like a pro. You would think he's been working there forever. I absolutely love the waffle house. The food is always delicious and the prices are always fair. Our server was polite and... attentive. If you are out and wondering what to eat, waffle house should always be on the top of your list if you are withdriving distance. My companions had never been to one before and I think I now have two devotees for life. Read more
Really upset that my first time at this location ruined how I?ll feel about WH. And I always loved WH before especially when I?d... go to the Sellersburg one. Wasn?t allowed the option to call to place the to-go order when I really needed to. Had to go insideand place my order. Server was nice with good customer service and got my order placed correctly. I even gave her a tip forbeing so kind. However, when my food was done I should?ve tried a bite in the parking lot. Instead, I drove 25 miles back homeand took a bite to find mostly everything inedible. The only thing that I could actually stomach was the cheesy grits.
