I'm giving three stars solely because of the waitress I had. I understand everyone has an off day and maybe I was there for... hers. She wasn't very nice or personable at all and the only times she was actually seen was when I placed my order, she broughtmy order to the table, and when she brought my bill. I didn't even see her when I walked up to pay my bill. Even then I waitedfor a few minutes until one of the cooks looked around after he was finished with what he was doing and noticed no one elsearound. The restaurant wasn't even busy while I was there. Never going to this Waffle House again. Typically we go to the Charlestown Rd, however today were close to the new store in Jeff... and decided to give it a try?. Staff was unprofessional. They cursed openly, talked about other team members, other stores, etc.The waitress, acted as though the customers owed her a tip. Personally I wouldn?t have tipped her anything due to howunprofessional she was. That location should be super busy, especially with Amazon right down the road?. Good atmosphere. Servers and grill cooks greeted each quest with Welcome to Waffle House as quests enter. Wasn't fake greeting... but sincere greeting. Food arrived in a timely matter. Was hot and awesome. Stayed hot until my last bite. Read more
We love Waffle House. Food is served reasonably fast. Servers are friendly and helpful. We love Waffle House so much we... bought there cups. The only problem with Waffle House is RV trailer parking. It can be a challenge. But doesn't keep us fromcoming back. Love their breakfast Read more
I actually didn't want to go to Waffle House this day but I'm glad I did. I got the steak hashbrown bowl and it was hella good... ???? I actually thought I was gonna hate it but definitely didn't. Great food! Big breakfast fast! Servers great! System old still yelling orders. Employees working to remember it all and... eventually forgetting something. Kind of makes you nervous for the employees. Time to modernize the ordering system! Love thefood and the employees! Read more
