One of the worst places around. Dont acknowledge you when go in. Ive waited at least 20-30 the last 2 times went in. 2 people... didnt get acknowledged and then when they were they were told the dinning room was closed and just out right rude. Will not EVERdeliver for them or order here again. Cant pay me enough to go here. Id give negative stars if possible. Read more
Waited for 30 minutes just to place the order on the drive thru, another 45 minutes to receive the order. I Simply ordered the... impossible slider, and requested no cheese no pickles on them, and requested the fries to be freshly cooked. What I got wasburned fries, the impossible sliders were cooked with cheese and probably when they realized the mistake they removed the cheesewhile they were cooking, so they contaminated the impossible sliders with cheese and they gave it to me. But guess what, I havea habit of checking my food and take the food apart too, so I looked inside each slider and saw what was done, Pulled over thenearest trash I saw and throw it away. Didn't bother to go back to talk to people who don't have work ethic or even standards totreat their customers the way they did. And definitely will reach out to corporate to report that. I definitely don't recommendthis location and one more thing, the impossible sliders were burned too. Read more
I mistakenly stopped here this morning having forgotten the last recent stop at this location... This one though, will lose my... business from any location for good.... After waiting 10 minutes (while they're serving cars BEHIND me out the other window),having been told that I'd have to wait longer because they dropped chicken rings rather than the onion rings I'd ordered, andwhen it finally came out the window, this is what it looked like! All in saying is, people we better prepare for the economiccollapse that's upon us because with so many of these garbage people working everywhere these days, everyone has to be losingmoney and it's all gotta come to an end soon enough! Long line in the drive through so we went in, all I was getting was 20 sliders fries and onion rings, took 30 minutes, I don’t... blame them, I think the manager went on lunch, but orders could be ran a little better, overall the food was great and themanager handle the situation professionally. There was a large line at the drive thru so I went in to order. It took just as long to get my food so I should have just sit... at the drive thru. Employees were nice. The inside was roped off due to Covid-19. Read more
Several months ago I wouldn't give white castle a good review. But things have turned around the past 5 times I've been there.... They used to have poor service, would take quite a bit to even ring up your order. But now their employees are more friendly.They don't keep you waiting to put in your order and you get out the door much quicker. Thanks for the good service now. Keep itup!!! Read more
Waited from 11:55pm to 12:30am in drive thru. 1 sandwich was wrong, had no bbq or bacon on it. Fries were cold in the middle.... Missing buttercake. Other that the food was ok. Not worth the wait or money. I'll be back eventually but not anytime soon. Read more
