This location was very clean, up to date and the team there were very professional in both actions and appearance. It reminded... of what a McDonald's once was in all their locations. Best MacDonalds that I've had since the beginning of the pandemic. Staff were friendly and customer driven. Dark haired male... manager was meticulously monitoring the food prior to it being handed to each guest. Double fish and fries could not have beenany better. This place is way to crowded! I made the mistake of going inside thinking my coffee and fries would be quicker. Nope!! 20... minutes and I saw my coffee sitting there the whole time :( fries were cold too. Read more
The location itself has been updated with the kiosks, fresh look, and clean. The bathrooms are fairly clean. The service was... timely but the food was poorly slapped together. The Big Mac was presented in a box where half of the cheese and other toppingswere hanging off the meat in a sloppy mess, like they intentionally did not line things up to disappoint. The cookie wascertainly not fresh but that should have been expected since it was an evening meal. I wish they had warmed it to make it feellike it was fresh. Read more
At the time we were there, they were only accepting kiosk orders. Well...that's whack. I don't want to figure out their... system...it is faster for me to just speak my order to a human. It was very inconvenient. I'm sure I could have went to thecounter and begged an employee to please take my order, but who wants to be that guy? I would suggest to anyone stopping inthis area to go to a restaurant that has humans taking orders...there are plenty to choose from. Food was on the low end oftypical McDonalds. Read more

Fast service. Food is always fresh. They have always been open no matter what time I'm in the airport.
VERY frustrated with this location. I bought a large sweet tea and when I went to fill it up, there was only enough for 1/3 of... the cup to be filled. I politely asked if they could fill it up with their sweet tea pitcher in the back and at first they saidno until I reminded them that I literally just paid money for a large and got 1/3. They then brought me my sweet tea 2/3 of theway filled up and told me they were out! As someone who has worked in the restaurant business for years I know that it takes afew minutes to brew some tea and for nice paying customers that?s just what has to happen. I gave up, though and am hoping thisreview will catch the eye of a manager who can fix the work ethic in this place. I will also add that I didn?t come in and ordermy drink 5 minutes before they closed. It was literally 3 hours till close so I know they can make more tea. Read more
