No coordination with this group here. Fries were warm and overcooked. Mayonnaise dripped out of my sandwich because someone got... happy with the condiments. Had to ask for ketchup as the bin was empty which was located right in front of the staff's eyes.Sad. Read more
We waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. While waiting, we saw someone try to enter the restaurant, and it was... locked. The door said the dining room should be open until 10, and it was 8 pm. Only one other car in front of us was helped(all others got out of line), and when we pulled up to order, we were not greeted. We then watched 4 people in plain clothes getout of a car and run in the back door. We tried to talk to an employee through the speaker system and got no answer. As wepulled around to go somewhere else, we could see the individuals in plain clothes in the area by the drive through window, justhanging out. Read more
The manager was very unprofessional. When we arrived inside, the manager was yelling and cussing about someone in the drive thru... yelling at her and she ended up throwing her headset. We ordered our food to go but decided to eat inside. I told the girl atthe counter that we would be right back in, that we decided to eat inside, as they was getting our order ready we steppedoutside to get my fiancés handicapped son and the manager ended up locking us out, a customer inside opened the door to let usback in. The manager was heard cussing several more times especially saying God-d*** it during our meal. It was just an overallhorrible experience. I understand things happen and people don?t always treat workers very well, but the way the manager handledit was not professional. After school shopping we stopped at the Wendy's in front of the outlets,and after waiting in line for 20 minutes as the second... car in line I was told they could not take two orders. We were paying separately but the manager refused to let us do itbecause they are short staffed. Now tell me why they can not place two separate orders. When I said we have been sitting in linefor over 20 minutes the manager told me to go somewhere else. It's not hard to ring two completely different orders but I guessto people of zero intelligence and customer service it's hard to comprehend. Got a good laugh at the ignorance and theinability to comprehend basic instruction..will never go back. Read more
Stopped here for dinner after driving from Florida heading towards Pennsylvania. The staff was welcoming and quick, atmosphere... was great. Our food was hot and made right! The manager, Tiffany, was so pleasant and helpful!! If we are ever out this wayagain, we will definitely be coming back! Plus they had good fries, our fries in Girard PA are the new hot and crispy and theyare awful! Read more
