Why is the Lobby still closed? This location is down the street from my house so I go there a lot. I have to wait in a mile long... linein the drive thru and before I bought my car, they wouldn't serve walk ups in the drive thru. The lobby is always closed.Corona limitations have been lifted, haven't they? I just think that you should be able to get some to eat if you own a car ornot. Read more
Stopped on way home from FL for a bite to eat and I'm so glad we did. Food was great and the employees are amazing here. I wish... I had got the gentlemens name that waited on us, bc he definitely deserves recognition. Read more
We have been in line for 25 mins. Everyone is moving at the speed of a snail. The older gentleman is running the front, taking,... nice but is running the line. Keeps saying we giving the best service. 5 people have walked out since we have been standing inline. It is almost a SNL skit here. Read more
If I was management I would be embrassed of this place. Getting out of the vehicle was like stepping into a dump. Lots of trash... outside that hasnt been picked up. Dirty diapers that cleary have been there for days and if not weeks. Bathrooms for both menand women were disgusting! Chair legs need wiped down as well. I felt dirty just being in this place. Cashier wasnt payingattention just worried about texting. Now the food wasnt bad. Chicken fingers were good and everyone who got a burger Iikedthem. Read more
This is hands down the most disgusting Jack?s I?ve ever been to. There was no soap in the bathroom, mold growing on the air... vents, the ice wasn?t working, there was water dripping from the side of drink machine, and they were keeping the condiments outin a bin (not refrigerated). I was speechless when I saw the 99 health score. I can confidently say I?ll never be back. Read more
We stopped to grab a quick bite while passing through on a road trip, never having heard of Jack's before, as we don't have... these restaurants where we're from. We ordered double cheeseburger meals, which came with fries and a drink. Service wasfriendly and the food was hot and tasty! We might stop again next time we're heading that direction. Read more
