update: the new mac and cheese itself taste great but with the baked shredded cheese taste to bitter to me and i end up spit it... out. but their mac and cheese itself are the best! but i know chick fil a has the best shredded cheese but this popeyes wasmediocre. but the mac and cheese itself taste great! 4 stars is given because the mac and cheese itself are tasty and good. andthe shredded cheese has too much bitter taste in it. Every. Time. They mess up my order. Every. Time. Tonight it was mashed potatoes instead of Mac n cheese and they didn't give me... my biscuits. I'm so tired of them screwing up my stuff that I'm going to Ball instead and thats sad considering I live here intown. Maybe some decent people would work there if the pay rate was a bit better. Pull up to order. Sign on menu says due to staffing shortages you can order mild chicken or mild tenders. I'm confused as to... what staffing shortages had to do with adding some seasonings to chicken. Also, fries were cold and dry. Biscuits were cold andnot fresh. We used to love Popeyes. Lately every visit is just a bad experience with the food and it keeps getting worse. Won'tbe going back. Read more
Me & a friend went through the other day & a lady by the name of shonda was so rude. Very rude !!! Everyone else through the... window is always nice. But this lady was mean. We ordered 2 blackened chicken. And we was given regular tenders. Which is finewe go back through. & when we are at the speaker this lady is arguing and yelling at us!!! Telling ?No that?s not what yousaid?. The lady never had to say that and she kept in and on about how we didn?t say it and my friend in the drivers seat isbeing completely calm and nice & this lady is being a B WORD. I never leave reviews but this shouldn?t you noticed at all. Sheyanks the food from us back and everything still arguing. Say I was a boss and I seen this she would have been fired noquestions. & the fact that this lady was wearing a manager shirt disgust me. She should no be a leader. Went through drivethru for an 8 piece family meal. Fast service only down side was I had to change my side to Cajun fries... because they didn't have macaroni and cheese. Good price and good food othrrwise. Read more
Got refund after 20 minute wait in drive thru. They accidentally gave our order of blackened strips to another customer (which... happens). But whoever's decision it was to not inform us that about our extended wait and to have us outside twiddling ourthumbs and have customers behind us having to circumvent our obstruction in the drive thru area has no concept of fast food nordo they have any respect for other people's time.
