Ordered online. It gave an estimated time of 25-35 minutes. It even showed a "tracker" that said the pizza was being made, and... then cooked, and then boxed. Yet, that was probably all automated and definitely not true. My husband arrived 30 minutes afterordering and was told it'd now be another 30-45 minutes longer. So he waited. After a TOTAL wait of 1½ hours (1 hour after itwas first supposed to be ready and he had already arrived) it was ready. He was given a 2-liter and told that they'd take $10off the cost. I checked my bank account as no receipt was given. We were charged the full price PLUS the 2-liter that we didn'toriginally plan on getting. Just so disappointed! Undercooked pizza, terrible dough, poorly cut, and it took them over 40 minutes post quality check to deliver. This dominos has... really gone down hill in the last year. Read more

I ordered the "Italian" sub and a pepperoni pizza. The sub was mostly bread. The only thing I could really taste was the banana... peppers which I guess is ok since I like those, except for the fact it cost $7. THE PIZZA... Idk what happened but it was pastedto the box. There was little to no crust. Just cheese, pepperoni, sauce and box. Should have just ordered Lombardo's. Read more

As a family we used to order from this domino's quite frequently! Most times the service and quality of the product was... phenomenal! Lately this service and quality of their pizza has begun to decline. The last 5 times we have ordered from thejennison location in location they have messed up our order. One time it was over an hour and a 1/2 late. Every time weinquired about the issues we were met with short tempered and rude employees. Tonight, I had the unpleasant experience ofspeaking with the general manager. She was ill-tempered and rude. It is a professional common courtesy to identify oneself,especially when resolving a dispute. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this establishment is nothing shy ofappalling. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Read more
