Still in shock from our dining experience tonight. We confirmed both a small insect (with legs) and a hair in our food... and... something long, brown and slimy that looked like a worm. The staff said "what do you want me to do about it?" and refused tomake a new bowl of spaghetti and was extremely rude. Our friends also waited over 25 minutes for their food. The place was dirtyand so poorly run. We all came home hungry and blown away by how awful our experience was (and I'm generous with reviews andstars). NEVER EVER WILL RETURN. Read more
If I could give no stars I would! The parts of the kitchen that are seen from the counter are caked in nasty! Three drink... options??? Really?? And why in the world is it ok to have a literal child! Yes I said child couldn't be older then 10 deliverfood to the guests tables?????????!!!!!! This place is a joke! Read more
Whoever owns this restaurant really need to do a renovation. From the leaking roof with a hole in it to the molding cabinet and... windows that are dirty, this place looks unsanitary. The pop machine is broken and all of the pop was flat, I?ve triedeverything that was available and none of the pop selections were good. Service is slow, but they are friendly. Read more
It was quiet, but nice. I got my meal, and sat peacefully. While I ate I was asked if things where good, and offered plenty of... bread sticks. The lobby attendant was always near by. But not so much as to make me uncomfortable. The food was hot, and fresh.An I was able to concentrate on my own going ons. Read more
Eating here is more and more likely to be a bad experience lately. This last time we all waited forever for small portions of... overpriced food, and had to get several mistakes corrected back up at the counter. Quick service chains are not usually dumpyinside but this one is. I'm not expecting Italian Grandma quality at Fazoli's, but it needs be a win for me on price, orconvenience, or ... pick something, anything. Read more
My wife and I have not been here in 10 years. Food used to be great. The ultimate sampler was a major disaster. The red sauce... tasted as if it had freezer burn. The Alfredo was delicious I must say. Pizza slices tasted like reheated microwavablepizza. For the price, it's not worth it. We definitely will not be coming back in the future. Read more
If i could give no stars i would. spent 35.00 on horrible food. the ceaser salad was pathetic. the pasta was soggy and so was... the broccoli. they totally forgot 1 item i ordered so i had to drive back to get it. never will go there again and pray we dontget food poisoning. Stay away Read more
Like most places after Covid it is struggling to find good help. It has always been a favorite place to get quick Italian food. ... Asked 2 different workers for bread sticks which they didn't bring out with our meal before finally getting up and asking forsome at the counter ( they had plenty).
