Update on this location. Still being generous with two stars...I don't like to give low stars, I would have given one star, but... it was my fault for staying in line at the drive thru...???? It used to be "Subs so fast you'll Freak..." Apparently they don'tplay that game at this location. Half the ingredients not on the sandwich, even though they read it back on the speaker... Andwhat was there would make McDonald's cringe even... My suggestion is to try the Hudsonville location if there are more than onecar in the drive thru... 20 minutes of my life wasted in their drive thru... My bad... Read more

This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant of all time. Thought at first it was a staffing problem, but every time I'm... there I see 4+ employees each time. I can cook a 3 course meal faster than placing an order and receiving it here. I've alsonever gotten a wrong order from Jimmy's in 10+ years and today was the first, from none other than this location. Not even worthgoing back to correct the order. Read more
I ordered a spicy italian. It is supposed to have salami and capicola. I was not informed that the location was out of capicola... when I placed my order. I would have made a different selection if I had been made aware. They doubled the salami. That muchsalami was so off-putting. Read more
Are you hungry? Are you in a rush? Then go literally anywhere else. The order took forever to get made and it was completely... wrong. I got two bundles of lettuce with meat inside. I just wanted one veggie sub on bread. I actually just threw them away. Iwill never go here again. There are plenty of other places in the area. Read more

Jimmy John's is always a great healthy choice depending on your selection and moderation. This location has a Drive Thru and... Dine In & outside seating for much warmer days. We've been here a few times with no problems and always fast to specific to ourorder. Dislike that the Wheat Bread Roll option was removed from the menu. Highly Recommended. Read more
