Long line that moved very quickly. We had a big order. Service was good. Everything tasted great. We were disappointed though,... that we ordered extra biscuits and we rec'd no butter or honey for any of the biscuits. Read more

Haven't been to kfc in a while. The chicken seems to be a little smaller than I remember. The gravy also taste a little... different. Still a decent meal for $6. Read more

This was the first time in a long time that ANY fast food place has gotten the whole order right, not only was everything there,... but the service was incredible. The person at the window looked very young but was very professional and handled their job verywell. Would come here again for the service alone! Read more

Unfortunately the prices have skyrocketed for what you get. 8 piece meal included two pieces so tiny and not edible. Mashed... potato container was smashed when I took it out of bag. Chicken tasted great. Read more

3.7 seems high for this location. It all comes down to the employees attitudes. If using drive up I suggest you check everything... before you pull away. Or better yet run down to pizza ranch and get a bucket. Read more

What went from a bad experience turned into a horrible experience on August 8, this was approx around 730pm. Not sure who took... the order. When my husband got home with their Original 12 piece Bucket Meal, plus 1 Large Side of Gravy which is smaller thanwhat they use to be and a Bucket of Pop. Everything changed when he opened the Bucket of Chicken. The chicken, looked uncooked,it had clumps of dough on some of the pieces and it definitely did not look "Original". He called them and told them what we hadgotten. Explained we live 20-30 minutes aways and what did he need to bring back to get this resolved. I believe he spoke with"Ken," who told him to return what he thought needed to be replaced as "All day long the chicken has looked that way, it was notcoming out crispy". He told Ken, this looks under cooked. All of the other food was what expected, so he only took the chickenback. So he left with the bucket. By the time he got there he was told their fries where closing down for the night and theywere no longer making fried chicken. He then asked for something comparable. Ken had told him, there was nothing comparable theycould offer because they were getting ready to close. That definity made things got worse and especially when Ken refused togive him at first a refund of $39.58. Instead he got a $25 credit because, he did not bring everything else back. Which he hadasked "Do you want me to bring everything back? and was told 'only what you have a problem with''. Remember, we live 2-30minutes away, there and back. Needless to say, we did get a partial credit, not sure we will go there again. I called the nextmorning, and I got Ken. I barely said anything, and she was carrying on about, how he held up their drive thru line and keptother customer's from getting their orders and he was demanding things to be fixed. The food here was good, but they didn't really pay attention when we placed our order and didn't include any extras. We asked... for a 3-piece tenders combo but they gave us a 3-piece dark (whole pieces) chicken combo instead. We had a total of 3 biscuitswith our meals, but they didn't give us any butter packets (or honey, even though we don't personally use honey). They didn'toffer any eat-in but they moved through the drive-thru line very slowly. It took probably 20 minutes to wait and get our food. Read more

Absolute horrible experience. The individual taking my order, "Ken," I believe, was so rude. He talked so low into the mic I had... a hard time hearing him mumble. Then when he tried to tell me my total, someone behind me at the drive-through startedweed-wacking. (Not KFC's fault) however, when I pulled up to the window, I attempted to apologize. I barely got the words sorryI couldn't hear....when he cut me off and yelled the total at me. I proceeded to hand ken my card. He never spoke another word.No, have a nice day...no here's your food...nothing. I didn't even get a receipt. Then things got worse. As I drove away, mywife started to inspect the bags. For some reason, we have a chicken sandwich in our order...not sure if I paid for it since Inever got a receipt. I was missing 1/2 a gallon of root beer. Oh, and the worst part...my 10pc bucket only had 8 pcs. I was onthe latter end of a 2hr trip with young children in the car. By the time we knew we had been ripped off, it was too late.Screaming kids in the car make it hard to turn around. My wife called and complained, but ken answered the phone. He gave hersome flak.
