Not a good idea to have an employee cussing up a storm while he?s in the back with other employees. I have my 6 year old with me... and he can clearly hear all the profanity coming out of this guys mouth. 5:45 pm dinner rush on 4/12/22- the young man at the front register did a great job of handling the sudden influx of customers... coming to pick up their online orders or get hot n' ready items. There was a lot going on and he remained calm, collected,focused on good customer service and accuracy. It's too bad he had coworkers in the background criticizing him. Every customerentering the store could hear the negative comments. It would have been more helpful for the customers if hot n ready items hadbeen fully stocked. Even so, the food we ordered was correct and we were not disappointed by the quality...just the lack ofpositive work conditions. Read more
Great pizza and breadsticks! Everyone likes the hot-and-ready pizzas but I like their thin crust pizza a lot, and the prices are... cheap! Crazy bread is good and Italian cheesy bread is even better! If you?re looking for good cheap pizza definitely recommend. Read more
Either I have poor taste in Pizza or they have stepped their game up consenting pizza ingredients. I love their thin crust... pizzas. And I?ve always loved the crazy bread. Their online ordering and portal system is really cool too?the problem comes fromtheir customer service. They can be quite abrupt with you, not rude, but certainly not friendly. And no one seems to help eachother out at all. I also saw one of the people making the pizzas change a song on his phone without washing his hands aftergoing back to make more pizzas. It doesn?t bother me all that much since the oven they use burns as hot as the sun, but it?sstill not sanitary. 3 stars for the food, and that?s about it. Read more
