The two black girls that work there are rude and ghetto. Very disappointed. Not only did the drive thru line take forever. Nobody was even at the window for 5 min. And on top of that I... ordered the sugar cookie drink and it was $8 so I get to the window and they say they don?t have the sugar cookie syrup? Ishould?ve been told that when I was ordering so I said I?d do brown sugar instead and still made me pay $8 even though it wasn?ta holiday flavor. Not very happy. Read more

With... technology, SB, could coordinate your order so all food items are ready at the same time. Moreover, SB could provide feedbackvia the app for your order status or a display at the store to see were your order is in the queue. The store is so busy andnot staffed properly, resulting in poor customer service when you ask about your order. Read more

I always have great experiences here and my favorite part has to be the staff. I?ve never had a bad encounter with anyone. A... special shout out to Rue and Maya. Maya today was very kind and accommodating with my brother. He?s on the spectrum and I wasnervous he wouldn?t like the drink he originally wanted (he just pointed to a picture) so at the window I asked Mayas opinionand she gave us the run down.
