Having lunch from here is such a nice change from the same old boring sandwich. My favorite is a 6-wing garlic parmesan combo... with (FREE!) Cajun fries. Fills me up, super yummy and reasonably priced. My new favorite. Read more
This place was very bizarre. I ordered online delivery, and when it arrived it was in a different restaurants bag and boxes but... it had the receipt and was approximately the right order but done insanely poorly. Some of the stuff I paid extra for didn'tcome and none of it was the way it was advertised or expected. The French fries were literally not cooked all the way, they wereall floppy. The seasoning was good but something about eating floppy potatoes that are half cooked was just not right. Thechicken had no sauce on it which in itself is unexpected but not a deal breaker, but the nuggets were very different sizes andhad pieces of tendon in them. Not to mention that they straight up gave us a bunch of sour cream instead of ranch? The saucethey did give was very mediocre and was half way filled for some reason? All in all this was by far the most bizarre fooddelivery i have had by a mile and in a disappointing way. .. is this a legit restaurant.? ???? ordered via door dash. 40 minute quote quickly turned into over an hour for delivery. Food arrived cold. Fries were soaked in... oil, yet not cooked all the way. 10 piece traditional wings were old and dried out. only 1 drum, the other 9 were skimpy flats. Mac and cheese and dipping sauces were completely missing from the order too. Read more
I tried wing boss for the first time and have to say they are some of the best I?ve had. Lots of meat in the boneless wings not... just breading. Sauces were good too, we had the sweet bbq and Parmesan garlic and both were excellent! Read more
What an absolute joke. This is a "ghost kitchen" inside Dickey's Barbecue. I placed an order for traditional wings. My wife... picked them up and brought them home. They gave us all boneless wings and when I called they said they had run out oftraditional. They didn't give any kind of notice that I would not be getting what I ordered. When I called, the manager justkept saying that it's a "ghost kitchen"and there's nothing she could do. She couldn't even offer a refund. I payed for a productI didn't get and the business would do nothing to make this right. Read more
I ordered wing boss and it was amazing. We got half lemon pepper and half sweet bbq. I normally like my wings saucy but I was... surprised how good the lemon pepper seasoning was. Not sure which was my favorite. I'll have to try them again and do moreresearch. Read more
12/30/2021 Let me start with the wings were very good. I ordered the 100 wing pack, no rub or sauce. That is the only reason for... the second star. I ordered the fries well done and they were not even cooked completely. I had to cook them in the oven whichdelayed our dinner. The veggies were not included, the staff at Dickey's in Jenison stated they were sorry but they forgot toorder them. She did put in an extra order of fries (barely cooked) though. I could not order online as their internet was notworking. I called for assistance to the Wing Boss line and Christina was very helpful in placing my order. We supplied our ownveggies. The staff at Dickey's restaurant could not assist in any questions about Wing Boss, stating that was a ghost kitchenand they knew nothing about it. I would not recommend them. If you don't have the address you would never be able to find WingBoss. It was confusing. Read more
Not an overwhelming positive chicken wings experience. It was just ok. For example, the wings aren?t tossed in the sauce as is... the norm, meat wasn?t of very good quality (tough and with broken bones), the online ordering tracking system doesn?t work, andthe sauces we ordered were only half correct. After reading other reviews with similar issues, it seems this is just how it is,so I?ll look elsewhere for wings. Read more
