So...it was clean???? and it was busy. The staff did a grrreat job this night. They worked together as a team to cover... different tables. I liked watching how they worked together. ???? We should've done an about face when we saw the greeter's face and noticed she barely acknowledged us. Downhill from there: I... ordered a Stella in a large glass and got a regular bottle, I ordered waffle fries with melted cheese sauce and got whateverthat was in the picture. Our server rushed us through dinner and was so busy trying to get the check we couldn't even get aroundher to leave. Where do I start food always well done cooked to perfection been here about 4x dishes clean the place is huge & clean as well!... I'm giving a 3 cause waitress was scratching her hair while asking if we wanted dessert. She looked visibly tired and annoyed. I went on May 14, 2022 at 2:45 pm and was seated right away. The waitress was very pleasant. The drinks and appetizer came in a... reasonable time which allowed time for conversation and some quick bites before the main entrees came. The chef brought out thefood and it was very hot, which I like. The music was great. I had to use the restroom and to my surprise- it was EXTREMELYclean. I was super shocked. All in all, there was minimal wait time, the food came out hot, there was excellent customerservice, and there's parking right in the front as well. Read more
My sister and I were here Nov 4, 2022. It was an awful experience. We sat down, and our waitress was ok. We had people in the... back and in front of us. It was very loud and obnoxious. Our food came, and the appearance of the food was awful looking. I hadchicken quedillas. They were all stuck together. They looked like they were just thrown on the plate. We had no silverware andno napkins. Our waitress disappeared it took almost five minutes to get our stuff. We had to ask another waitress. Never cameback to see if the food was good. Did we need anything or refill on drinks. I am not fond of Applebee's. Gave it another shot. Idon't think I will ever return after this visit. Read more
