If I could give this place a zero I would! The absolute worst place I?ve been. The waitress brought me a cup of hot water with... stuff floating in it twice. I only wanted tea!! The service sucked. Most of the waitresses were chatting or on their phones andwould come back over whenever they were done (without even washing their hands from touching their phones). No one wore hairnets, mask, gloves or anything. I will not go back nor to I recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Read more
Awesome experience! My family has no complaints and we?re very happy to choose this location. Our waitress Jasmine was very... kind, patient & understanding. The food came in good timing and tasted great! The manager Jade was awesome as well. The way shehandles that store leads me to believe that the workers are very well supported. I ask my daughter what she wanted to eat for her birthday and she was excited to go and eat iHop. However we sadly turned away... since they were 20 mins away from closing at 3pm. We looked online and the hours stated that closing time was at 10pm which alsostated that it was validated by business. My daughters was heart broken since we turned away. We had to first call theneighboring which was 20 mins away before we made another long drive. Please update your hours online to avoid any confusion. Read more
We stopped here looking forward to a great breakfast and didn?t even eat! We weren?t welcomed into the establishment because no... one was at the door. When we were finally seated no one came until we got up and asked a young lady to come over and that wasafter 30 minutes!!!! The young lady came to take our order and we ordered our drinks and meal at the same time. I ordered greentea?she brought me decaffeinated tea(because it has a green stripe on the pack) I couldn?t believe it. We looked around andcustomers were waiting to order all over the restaurant. Finally the server comes over and says they don?t have white cheddarcheese..::we ordered American cheese. That was the final straw. After waiting over an hour and still no food?we cancelled ourorder. The restaurant is not managed at all and needs a overhaul! Don?t go here unless you?re not hungry and have over two (2)hours to waste! Read more
This is the worst IHOP I?ve been to. The service was horrible. It took a long time to be acknowledged and seated, even though... there were empty seats. The server had body odor and was just unkempt. The restaurant needs a serious cleaning. It definitelywas not maintained. The food took approximately twenty minutes and was cold. I will never return. Read more
Great food, great prices, great friendly service. Visited on my birthday but didn't mention it. When waitress saw me opening... gifts she stopped to wish me a happy birthday. 5 minutes later, the staff came out singing their birthday song and gave me ahuge delicious sundae fort my birthday. Came in this morning around 8:30 to have breakfast with my wife. We were seated and didn?t receive any service. We sat at our... booth for nearly 40 minutes before deciding to leave. I could understand if it was really busy but there were maybe 2 or 3customers that were already served. I would not recommend to anyone. Read more
I have to say that the service my family received today at this IHOP was incredible. I have an emotional support dog and the... entire staff was accepting, accommodating, and extremely friendly. They even bought my dog several pieces of sausage. I woulddefinitely recommend this establishment to everyone but especially those with service animals. Read more
