We have not dined here in a while and we went slightly an hour before closing on a Saturday night. The service was not what it... use used to be. There was no hostess at the front and we had to wait nearly 10 minutes to be seated. Our first serving bread wasnot warm, and my chili was barely hot. I love Outback in general. I like the Victoria?s Filet and the French onion soup. This Outback really needs some work. The... service is super slow and the two times we have been here, the waiter forgot things we asked for. The food is ok?the cheesefries had burned cheese all throughout. My filet was over cooked and seemed to be of poor quality. The house salad is usuallygood but this time it seemed to be all iceberg lettuce and they forgot my dressing. I ordered a fountain soda and it had areally strange flavor and it was semi flat. Other than that?the bathroom was filthy and 2 out of 3 stalks were out of toiletpaper. They were also out of paper towels near the sink. Finally, the floors throughout the bathroom and restaurant were superslippery. This is a very large Outback. Service was excellent and all of the food, with the exception of the blooming onion was great. We dined in Saturday at 5pm. ... Blooming onion was dripping in grease which affected the flavor. They replaced the original white dipping sauce with a spicysauce which did not go well with the onion. Ladies room smelled like a sewer but appeared very clean. Read more
