I hadn't been to Panera in a very long time. Pleasantly surprised from kiosk ordering to the politeness and efficiency of the... food preparer and staff, to the taste and quality of the food! I had cheddar broccoli soup and oriental chicken salad and myfriend had tomato soup and grilled cheese. All were hot, prepared as requested, and was all delicious. For some reason, they forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was skinny so it prompted to open it up to take a... look. It was just the Asiago bagel with sausage and cheese. I'm reading the other reviews now. Wished I done this first. I donot feel like going back about this. It was still tasty though but I did not get my $6 worth. This location puts Panera?s name and reputation under risk! Definitely i will never visit this location again! Avocado in my... sandwich was rotten with a rotten taste. It is impossible that person who made it didn?t notice it! Also my 1 year old usuallyenjoys mac and cheese at Panera but he refused to eat it, it was looking like old, a leftover from yesterday?s portion, broccoliand pasta was over cooked, with a little cheese sauce. Had an issue with my order, it was dealt with by the manager / assistant manager, once I found one. I had to ask several times.... The staff was not interested in assisting me. Some of my food was what you?d expect from any Panera, some of it was not worthpaying for. Service moves quickly. But they take forever to make your food. The location is clean.I do not understand thepricing though., more money for less food. Those self order kiosks need to be wiped down. There was no ice. The soda machine wasnot working. They closed at 7, even though they claim to be open until 9. This location has gone downhill. Read more
I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and what I received was basically two pieces of bread with a tiny bit of... chicken, a few pieces of lettuce and slice of tomato. There was nothing to this ?sandwich?. It was definitely not worth themoney. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told that there wasn?t one there. Odd. And, this location closed at 7, eventhough it says 9. They made it known that they were closing early and wanted to leave. I will never go back here again. Read more
Nice place to sit and take a load off. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee and were pleasantly surprised. My sausage,... egg, & cheese choice was worth waiting for and the coffee stayed hot even with the four creams I added, I do like my coffee hot.We sat and ate and talked and left feeling like it was hoing to be a good day!
