I?ve been going to Andolinis since they originally opened on cherry street and we recently started Ordering through door... dash. we ordered 2 pizzas for dinner and both were total failures. There was barley any ?crispy? onion rings on the pizza andwhat was on there was soggy. On both pizzas the cheese smelled old. The mold smell stuck to my fingers, I stuck my pizza in myhusbands face and asked him to smell it and he looked at me disgusted and asked what?s wrong with it!! Both pizzas were cold andsoggy I have never been so disappointed in a pizza. I don?t know how a manager let these be taken out of the store, I will becalling as well. I saved one of the moldy cheese pizzas in case they would like to smell it for themselves and tell me if theywould eat that after spending $50-$100 on pizza. The ONLY reason it has one star is because the ranch was good. Picture on theleft(top) is what we ordered and the picture on the right (bottom) is the pizza we were supposed to get. We love this place buttonight the pizza was not good. Edit: Called up to the store and talked to a wonderful wonderful manager (forgot her namesorry) she is remaking the pizzas also giving us complementary garlic knots and we will be going up to get them! Solid pizza that you will definitely be taking home. If you can eat all of it in one sitting I applaud you. Got the meatball,... feta, and ricotta. Great quality all around. Appetizer was delicious too. Read more
We are absolutely hooked. My husband got a free slice from Mayfest after chatting with the owner about his love of pizza. We... have purchased take out twice since, tracked down the food truck another time, and just ate in person at the Jenks location.Staff was incredibly friendly. We tend to visit the Cherry Street location, and I have to say, this one just wasn?t as good. It was nearly empty when we... visited, and we just didn?t feel the food was up to par with what Cherry Street pushes out. Overall, we loved our server, whowas an absolute gem, but our food was just lacking this time around. We?ll probably stick to the main location and let Riverwalkbe. The food still tasted pretty decent, but the special five-day pepperoni pizza came out somewhat cold in the middle, and thegluten free option here just seemed to lack flavor. Table for 2, waited more than 20 minutes after being told 5-10. Another 10 to get service. 20-30 minutes to get food. The... picture below shows a burned yet undercooked calzone. I don?t even know how that happens. I did get the calzone removed, but thewaiter and the manager asked if there was something wrong with it. It really looked disgusting in person. Really can't say enough good! Hostess was friendly and helpful. Our waiter, Ben, was fantastic, and the general manager,... William, was so gracious and hospitable. Our food was incredible. I had the Andolini's Combination pizza and it was perfection.My kids were very happy with all of their food and with their lemonades. The gelato is such a treat and a must have. Andolinis, good pizza at a great location. Great, friendly service, with allot of different options on the menu. Food comes... fast, hot. I was surprised however to see on the receipt that they charged me $3 for small container of Alfredo sauce. Turns outthere are very expensive. Read more
I visited on a Tuesday night, about 30 minutes before closing time. Even though they were about to close, all the staff that... spoke to me seemed genuinely kind. The beer was cold and the pizza was delicious. 5/5 stars. Will eat here again ???????? Read more
