i ordered a loaded potato thinking that it would be loaded and fully put together and instead got TINY cups with the ingredients... to make it myself and spent TWENTY DOLLARS, i tried calling after recently speaking with them on the phone and all of a sudden,they wouldn?t pick up the phone. The food was great just a lil more pricey than we'll be willing to pay again. Portions are tiny and the sandwiches are normal... fast food sized so just not worth the price. You can't order just a sandwich; has to come with a side but then a drink isn'tincluded but they tell you that later so you assume $10.99 includes the drink but nope. Read more
Ordered a full slab of ribs. Ribs were cooked perfectly. I prefer a heavy sweet dry rub on my ribs, these were essentially... unseasoned. Natural smoked. So the taste was based on the quality of the meat and smoke. The texture was perfect in that theywere tender, but not overcooked. They were a generous portion and I am a big eater, who was satisfied. The accompanying saucesmade up for the lack of a dry rub at the table, but I rate the food before I add anything. Regardless of my opinion I think youshould try this restaurant if you have not been there, it might become your new favorite. Read more
I ordered delivery from Door Dash. I found some plastic wrap all chopped up in the chopped beef. Update: I was contacted by... the owner, David. He tried to correct the problem by sending another meal via Door Dash. He paid for the delivery and actuallyplaced the order himself. He was very friendly and showed interest in the issue. The order arrived at the time and date that Iasked for it. Unfortunately, the chopped beef contained plastic wrap once again. When I told him, he was in disbelief. Heoffered to send another order. I advised him it was not necessary. The bologna was great and the mac n cheese is wonderful. BBQ sauce (sweet n mild) was very good. The owner is TOP NOTCH. I will order from here again, but will not order the choppedbeef. Thanks for you help David! Read more
Thought I was getting the first pic but got the 2nd, very disappointed. It had bologna on it instead of pulled pork which that's... what I thought was on it according to the pic. Employees not friendly, tried to joke around with them & they acted like theydidn't hear us. Only thing I can say was good about it, it was quick. Read more
