Never going back to this location ever!! Been going to this location quite often and it seems as if they are having trouble... finding good staff! I pulled up and the lady that was supposed to be behind the counter was outside talking to someone in apickup truck.. I walked in and waited for almost 5min and nothing, I could hear someone in that back so I said hello 4 times andnothing. Staff is usually pretty good at churning through customers fast enough. Everyone seems pretty competent. The food is always well... made. My only complaint is that the tea machines have been broken for a number of weeks now. It's worth it to us to drivefurther away to get a sub with some tea, or see what Jersey Mike's is about. I love subway, But not anymore! Today is July 8 2021 I went into the jenks subway with my sister at 5:00pm. Two individuals were... on staff that I could see a young man and a woman with black hair. The young man was polite and cleaned his station. The womanthough was impolite, messy, impatient, and straight up abandoned her coworker so she could run out and take a smoke! Shecompletely skipped over my sister's sub and did not complete another. She threw ingredients back in random places, and did notclean her station unlike the other young man. And the woman behind us showed up with an online order that had not been filled.She was given the same treatment. During this time more and more customers showed up and the woman abandoned her coworker withno word of warning raced outside to her car to text and smoke. Service was horriblethe person was not happy at all he talked about the meat and how much he hates it then went to the veggies... and they where all over the place what they actually had out!! Then he didn't even wrap my sandwiches right and puts them in thebag and then he drops my food on the floor(it didn't fall out though) no apology and hands it to me and walks off I love subwayso needless to say this store was very disappointing! There was only one employee on a Saturday night and our online order took nearly an hour past the stated time to be ready. The... teenager wasn't the least bit concerned there was a long line. Plus, they were out of two condiments we requested, CO2 and Dr.Pepper syrup for the soda machine. And the employee wasn't wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic. Food is good! Staff is good! Very hot inside, and ice maker doesn?t work. Easy fix but they have been broken for months now.
