It was good. And it was fresh and the gentleman taking the order was very nice. We dined inside and it was very clean.
Ordered at the drive through. We ordered two croissants with bacon, egg, cheese, and sausage, unfortunately one was lukewarm,... and the sausage was gross - ?spongy?. We also ordered a croissant with sausage, egg, and cheese which was also barely warm. Andfinally we ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit which had no bacon but had sausage. It was the opposite of the othersandwiches - it was way overheated! So glad y?all paying for all that overpriced ?help?. So sorry we bothered to waste our timeand money. Read more
At this BKI am countered the nastiest girl at the window ever. She would not tell me how much the food actually cost and just... demanded the total amount. I told her she could keep the change and she also kept the receipt which would have given me a littlerecourse But the rodeo burger was delicious as always. Read more

I placed a mobile order yesterday and accidentally chose this restaurant ( I frequent this one since I work in Jennings) when I... meant to order from one in Lafayette. I tried canceling the order on the phone app and also tried submitting a ticket throughthe app's support system. I got a response that they are not able to edit the order, but I could pick it up. But, it had to beby 1AM like it said on the app. Today, I went inside to talk to someone and spoke to Rashad Wiltz, and he set things right withme. I told him my situation on what happened and he got me my order that I accidentally purchased for there. Thank you Mr.Wiltz for making my day better! Read more

The drive thru staff was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. The prices did not match what we were charged...when questioned about... it we were given attitude while staff rolled thier eyes like we were wrong for questioning as well as having the slide windowslammed in our faces. I will be contacting the district manager for further action!!!! Read more
