I stopped & got a 10pc McNugget in Jennings on my way home to Deridder. When I got home someone had taken a bite of half of a... nugget & teeth marks were present & half of the large fries were missing. I have stopped here throughout the years & have neverhad a problem before, which is why I didn't check it before driving off. Apparently the Curbside/mobile app ordering does not make things smoother for Jennings. Took 30 minutes to get food (11:14 to... 11:44am). Their excuse was "well, we had to fully cook the beef!" Yet, 34 cars breezed thru the drive-thru while I waited. I'mgonna guess some of those had beef too. Just admit that you missed my order and forgot. Not the first failure in service here. Read more
Waited 15 min in drive thru parking lot for sausage mcmuffin with egg. People behind me got their food ahead of me. When I went... inside to let them know, they were indifferent as they bagged my food. No apologies/concessions were offered. The food andcoffee were good. Read more

My family and I moved here in November and have tried all the fast food places here and consistently this one has failed every... time in the last 8 months to even give me the complete order! This location was a hot mess! I ordered 3 oatmeals and all 3 were soupy, missing ingredients, under cooked, and not edible. I... ordered those for my daughter, grandson, and myself. However, the big breakfast I ordered for my son was okay. I had to stopelsewhere to grab something else since we weren't able to eat the oatmeal. We were traveling and on a time frame, so it wasdefinitely inconvenient to have to make another stop. Definitely not interested in stopping at this location again. Read more

They are usually so busy it takes forever to get your order. But the staff is always so friendly and kind.
