Two best words to describe the staff. Rude and Incompetent. Waited an hour for a sandwich, coleslaw and a drink ordered through... the app. When I finally got it, they nearly dropped bag on the floor with a huff, as if I was inconveniencing them. The olderlady working the register didn't even read my printed order until half an hour after it was placed. "Huh? What's this, a weborder?" When she said that, I knew there was no saving this visit. Gave 3-stars because the large containers weren't full. Chicken was good except some of the pieces were very tiny. The front... double doors were locked so we had to walk around other side of building to get in. Read more
Drive thru No dirty Rice. Also the Chicken was not fried thoroughly and I had to pick wet gooey flour out of the breast. I... don't know who cut the breast but there were bones were I never had bones before. I gave it a 3 only because once we gothome we put it in the airfryer to finish cooking it and it was good. Oh that's a saucer the legs were very small and so was therest of the chicken so there was no reason for it to be undercooked. Read more
This location has great customer service. Some of my items where missing from my order and the manager on duty Lenelle made sure... to correct the mistake. She even made sure to apologize for the mix up. This is definitely going to be my lunch spot go to. Youwant me disappointed with the service or food quality???? Read more
