Revised!! This was my opinion last month on this place???? but they have made a total 360. Horrible service, rude, never get... orders right. False advertising says breakfast till 11am on sign at drive thru and have been refused to he served 2xs they saythey cut off at 1030am. Edited: few months ago I gave this place a 2 star went again last week and wow the service was amazing,friendly, quick and my food was hot,correct and well put together. We waited awhile for our food only to notice that it had been sitting on the counter in the pick-up section, for no telling how... long and they never bothered to call out our number to know it was our order. I'm hoping they improve on this part. Read more
We ordered food to feed 6 people and then drove to the window and asked for 2 courtesy waters? the manager refused to allow the... cashier to give them to us. The store just had someone quit that morning and only had drive-thru open. No doubt the manager isthe reason the ?Now Hiring? signs are plastered along the storefront. Customer service and pleasing the customer should becentral in the food service industry - especially when requests are reasonable. Read more
Thoughts everything was kosher , then we pulled up to the window. My mom was very nice and just asked if there was sauce,he... didnt ask our prefrence. She was met with " everything is in the bag." He didnt even know what sauce we wanted. My mom saidthank you very much, to which he rolled his eyes and closed the window in her face and walked away. Read more
Walked in the door, went to the restroom to wash my hands, came out and stood at the register. 2 employees looked at me (one of... them 3 times!) but nobody even acknowledged my presence.
