It is really inconvenient that if your order is more than 30$ you have to pay when you place the order. I was driving &couldn't... give my card info so I wanted to pay cash but since my order was $37 I wasn't given the option to pay with cash. First, I have never and will never order delivery from this location. Why? Because we don't pay workers enough to ruin their... only means of transportation while taking verbal abuse from Kyles and Karens that won't even tip enough to cover the gas ittakes to drive there and back. Grabbing my own pizza seems like the least I could do for the workers that come in during all ofthis craziness, so I don't mind at all. Always an issue with this location. Won?t go into details about all of the other times I had bad experiences with them but today... was the last straw. Placed an online order for delivery, waited over an hour before I called to check on the order..only todiscover they aren?t even taking orders for delivery. Not to mention they never answered the phone I then placed another orderfor carry out, arrived at the location and there were literally 10-15 cars waiting at the pick up window. I even got out the carto go inside and the doors were locked. How is anyone supposed to get their order with that type of wait? My kids have now beenwaiting for 3 hours for pizza. My order has been in quality check for an hour. When we tried to call and check on it we went through all the prompts then were... hung up on. Still waiting. If it really was baked an hour ago its going to be cold. Update: Got our pizza after 2 hours. Notsure what they do in quality control because this is how our pizza looked. The order process, coupon availability and timeliness were all acceptable. Once the pizza arrived is when it all went south.... The specific instructions were not followed. 1) Our ?cheese only? eater was faced with a pepperoni or sausage choice ???? as her?cheese only? side came with one or the other. 2) The request to have the pizza cut in squares was not granted.
