I stayed in Drive thru for 45 minutes. No one said can you hold oe anything. When I did place my order and got to the window to... make my payment the cashier took my payment and said you good. Got to the window to receive my food and waited 10 more minutesbefore I got it. The employees holding conversations with each other like they didn't have a line of cars wrapped around thebuilding.
