The worst I've been to. You will wait 30 minutes in line. Cars constantly are pulling off because no one takes their order. They... will take 5 cars on one side and you're still waiting. I stayed in Drive thru for 45 minutes. No one said can you hold oe anything. When I did place my order and got to the window to... make my payment the cashier took my payment and said you good. Got to the window to receive my food and waited 10 more minutesbefore I got it. The employees holding conversations with each other like they didn't have a line of cars wrapped around thebuilding. This McDonald's on Jennings Station Rd is horrible. VERY VERY HORRIBLE. The whole staff including management needs tobe replaced. ???? Read more

Customer service is lacking. Instead of ?We ain?t got none? try ?We?re out at the moment would you like to try something... else?? Instead of ?I?m about to give it to you? try ?Just a moment your drink will be right out? These things can be taught. Idon?t mind the tone but the delivery is poor, and it?s my folks. Sat at the drive through speaker for 10 Minutes, of course there is a line. I finally yelled hello but no one answered. I came... to the window and this employee was holding a conversation with another employee, as if people were not waiting to be served.She told me to go back around because they couldn?t take my order at the window. I told her I have been waiting about 10 minutesfor someone to take it but nobody said anything. I asked for her supervisors number and she shut the window in my face andwalked away..
