Awww man this Subway in Jennings off Jennings station road and 367 one of the Best Subways ever in St Louis before your food is... made hands are washed then fresh gloves are placed on the service was great and so was the food and the cookies the staff isfriendly and nice with a smile ???? Horrible experience, will never return. Today I placed an order, which included 4 sandwiches. As the last sandwich was being... made, I realized that it was ?toasted??.there was nothing on the sandwich yet?just toasted cheese. I apologized several timesand asked if I could have that same sandwich but not toasted. The young lady responded with a nasty attitude and told me that Iwould have to pay for the toasted cheese bread slab, and the new sandwich if I wanted her to remake the sandwich at all. Shesaid that ?they? would deduct the cost of the toasted sandwich from her paycheck. Puzzled, I asked for clarification and said?So I have to pay for the toasted sandwich that I do not want?plus an additional sandwich that you will remake that isn?ttoasted?? She told me, ?Yes, because it comes out my check?.they gon take it out my check?. I know enough?to know that companiesdon?t operate that way, nor do I have to pay for an extra sandwich that I do not want, after a simple misunderstanding. Went today and customer service was horrible and rude and violent Store Owner or Manager tried to provoke me and left the store... to follow me provoking violence all because I used her restroom. Been going here 20+ years and patronize the business almostdaily Wow just wow. They changed the restroom policy and maybe consider a key or combination lock to avoid damage by derilectcustomers....not be rude to normal customers and even try to fight them. Read more
This Subway is clean from lobby to behind the counter the employees were very nice friendly all around pleasant. Went to 3... different locations that were supposed to be open and they were closed. I'm officially making this my Subway of choice. Keep upthe great service. Read more

This place deserves NO stars. My daughter ordered, then I ordered and requested a side of meatballs. The manager with the damage... blue locs advised that they were out of soup cups and could only give them in a cookie bag or a drink cup in which I'll becharged for. I dont want a soggy cookie bag and I dont want to pay for a cup. By this time the sandwich boy was done making oursandwiches and she was ringing me out. As were completing my purchase, I'm still inquiring about the meatball and how Ishouldn't be charged for a drink cup for them. She hands me my receipt as I decided I no longer want the sandwich because Ididnt have everything I initially wanted and asked for a refund. She threw the sandwich in the trash and walked to the back. Mestill standing there trying thto figure out what just happened. I never raised my voice or showed any signs of aggression.
