I was told there would be a 20 minute wait to be seated. 40 minutes later, (after watching about 15 people in total get turned... away) we asked the manager when she thought we would actually get a table; she didn?t have an answer. Mind you, half of therestaurant was empty. Open, clean tables everywhere, and servers sitting around with nothing to do. There was a large table inthe patio area that seemed to be getting all of the managers attention. After some prying to get a real answer on a timeline,she said it would be another 15 Minute wait and very rudely stormed off, almost as if we had done something wrong just by tryingto come to her restaurant and have dinner on a Tuesday night. The ONLY good experience was with the hostess and her trainee.They were apologetic for their manager?s rude behavior. I walked in to make a 3 dinner order and 45 minutes later I was told one order was not available. At that point I chose... something else to complete my order. I believe they could have told me that within minutes to keep the ball rolling. The entiretime no staff would make eye contact with me. I was not offered a seat or a glass of water. That would have made a difference tome. I was unimpressed being someone who worked in the restaurant industry. How easy would that have been? I don't like to usethe term "millennial " but I believe I experienced that that evening. TWO thumbs down Applebee's. Read more
6 of us came to sit and were met with ?are we going to make my life easy and do one check or all separate?! ? so we immediately... all felt bad. We were given an extra drink with our main drink and told it was a little extra for us! Then a different waitercame and snatched it off the table and said it was a drink for his table. My chicken came out cold, which they tried to chargeme twice for. The atmosphere is definitely not light and fun.. it?s very stressful and sadly the hospitality is just lacking.The waitress was sweet by the end of the meal which was good considering the initial greeting. Visited Applebees for a business lunch and had a good experience. The service was great and quick , the food was good and fresh,... and the beer was cold . The place is huge with outside seating and enough space for big parties. Read more
The food is decent because it is Applebee's. But the service always seems to miss. We've been to this one several times over the... last 15 years and one thing they miss is service. Waiters come for the order but then you never see them until tip time. We havefrequently, and this time in June was no exception, have to get someone's attention to refill water, coffee, and ice tea. Theyasked if we wanted the soup before the meal. Well it was, about 1 minute before the meal. I had barely tasted it when the restcame out. And it isn't like they are busy, as the place was 3/4 empty. Tip for waiters: Take the order, come out within a fewminutes of the delivery to see that it is correct. Check back every 10 minutes, if only a look, to see that drinks are filled.If you show up only for order and tip time, your tip isn't going to be that good, if at all. Another tip is if you are walkingwith a coffee pot or water pitcher, and pass a table with empty cups or glasses, FILL THEM UP! Even if it isn't your table, youare reflecting on the company and it shows that Applebee's doesn't care. Read more

We had never been to this location before, there was no waiting always nice to be seated as you enter. Our hostess was... friendly, the server was Christine L who took our orders. The drinks, chips and artichoke dip was hot and flavorful. Iordered the tortilla soup they only have one size was tasty not spicy. I had the alfredo pasta with broccoli and chicken verygood large portion , the steak was 6oz but looked smaller, the steak was cooked medium very tender . Our server was awesomedidn't skip a beat she was taking care of us and 3 other tables . The refills came with out asking . We will definitely be backto this location. Read more
The atmosphere was nice and decorated for the holidays. We were seated quickly but had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to... arrive at our table. We were able to give both our drink and food orders at the same time at that point. I ordered the newholiday drink, Merry Berry Colada, which was fabulous! Our appetizer arrived unfortunately before our drinks did. The bonelesschicken wings with Asian Thai sauce were outstanding! The half rack ribs and fries were tender and flavorful. We did have towait a long time after we were finished dining to receive our check, which was a bit aggravating. Read more
