Ordered through the drive through , if the foods not ready they have you pull and park, then it's just a show watching them... juggle food and try and figure out what food goes where. I remember why now I don't eat fast food. After my food went throughseveral hands and then refusing it for that reason... LOL? I?ve been patient and understanding on multiple different occasions with this location, we go atleast once a week for some... breakfast sandwiches.. it?s drive thru food so I don?t expect the best BUT they play games and think no one?s going to notice.It happened multiple time just with us so I?m sure many others. I ask if they still have bacon egg & cheese (I made it at thelast minute) and they say yes. Okay give me 4 bacon egg and cheese. I get home noticed they are a little thin and this is whatwe get in 2? IF YOU DONT HAVE WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE A COMPLETE SANDWICH THAT PEOPLE PAY YOU FOR DO NOT SELL CUSTOMERS THESANDWICH. Would give 0 stars if I could!! Went on Sunday August 8th for breakfast. We ordered for me who is 28 weeks pregnant, my toddler... and boyfriend and were served this.. Absolutely disgusted that they even sent these out the window to customers.. when youclearly couldn?t miss that. Went back to speak and show a manager and was astonished at the way they handle it. The managerrefunded me but the guy who met me at the counter was absolutely rude and didn?t seem to care. They really need to re-evaluatethis store. The worst service I ever had in a BK ever and the food was as bad as the service. Chicken was almost burned, not even a full... patty and almost to none lettuce and half of a tiny slice of tomato and no sauce or mayo .. and it took forever too. Read more
If I can give this location Zero stars I would. Whoever is working the evening shift today (10-9-22) needs to be fired asap. So... disorganized, took forever to get our food from the drive thru lane literally 30 minutes. Then when we finally get our food,it?s completely wrong. The burgers were all stale , the meat tasted like cardboard, everything was horrible. Dissatisfied withthis location? I do not recommend this location. Read more
