Horrible service, they didn?t have any fries the last time I went and the girl was very upset while making the subs. We gave it... another try today and they just came off saying we?re not taking any orders, didn?t even say hi or anything and turned his backto us and told us they have a catering. Why are you going to take a catering and not making subs for the public?? They love toloss money. I hate this place. Read more
First off let me say, I love the food at Charleys. Most of the time I have not had an issue with my order. The biggest problem... with this location is the employees. I get it, I work CS too and it's not always easy to be friendly but hey, it's the job.Every time I go here I feel as though I am an inconvenience and the staff seems to be dumbfounded that I am ordering food. Theambiance gives the impression that there was some huge argument just before I arrived because they don't want to speak tocustomers or to eachother. I think I maybe got two barely audible sentences during the whole interaction. Due to the badatmosphere, I will stick to other locations. Two workers..the man cooking couldn?t see through all his hair.. very unsanitary. The cashier was exceptionally rude and both... acted as though we were bothering them by making a purchase. The sandwiches were all bread. Had to break off 2 inches from asmall just so I wouldn?t be eating bread alone. I counted 2 mushrooms and 2 peppers. Attitude and food was horrible!! Save yourlunch money or choose something else in the food court. HORRIBLE! Wouldn?t even speak to me when I asked questions just noddedtheir heads. Had the same 2 guys that Dee posted about. I was on my 30 min lunch break on a busy Sunday afternoon before school starts and I saw the line was long . The cashier got my... order in quick. but fast is an understatement when it came to the grill and getting the veggies on my sandwich thanks to Ninaand J both of the managers on shift that day. the line went so smooth and the sandwich was EXTRA special!! so good anddefinitely going more often :) <3 Read more
Both guys cooking the food not wearing hair nets. Stood at register and was ignored for 5 minutes.. they saw me.. they chose to... ignore me. There was hardly any steak on the sandwich. Horrible Read more
I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Horrible portions. If you want fresh fries cause they are cold when... given to you,nope, they put them back into the frier to "warm them up". All employees have an attitude. Said what do YOU want meto do about it , when asking about the cold fries we were given. Ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with only lettuce and they putonions on it, didn't want to deal with the employees any longer, so rude. Guy who took our order also keep touching, and playingwith is hair. The last 2 visits in the past where amazing, nothing like today. Read more
If you're looking to have a real Philadelphia style cheese steak sandwich this is definitely not the place to go. The bread was... soggy the meat was tough and tasteless the fries were cold , and the only good thing was the lemonade. Read more
