This location used to be 100% on point, now not so much. I have yet AGAIN received the WRONG order. I spend lots of money on... this ice cream, I expect to get what I pay for. I almost ALWAYS order online and I don't rush to pick it up. So why is my orderalways wrong? My last order was MISSING toppings that I PAID for and toppings were ADDED that I didn't ask for! Absolutely horrible. Ordered a cake weeks in advance, explained exactly how I wanted the cake. Owner helped new employee take... the order. Explained he would be making the cake and understood the detail. I paid and tipped over 20% clearly a mistake as thecake is nothing to how its suppose to be and the top looks like you let a 5 year old decorate it. I got the coffee lovers only and I would highly recommend! It had fun textures and a nice flavor. The place smelled very clean... and sweet when I walked in and that was really nice. My husband and I stopped after date night and it was a nice cherry on top!Literally! Lol Read more
I love the ice cream! Everything Is Awesome to taste. My husband had a strawberry shake, I got the coffee sensation mix and I... also got a sorbet that was strawberry banana mangle which was absolutely delicious! However it did seem a little bitdisorganized by the server and I did notice that my server did not wear any gloves while preparing our ice cream. That would bethe only thing negative that I would have to say otherwise Cold Stone is a great place to get us some ice cream! Read more
